North Woods Stovetop Simmer Spice is a fresh & festive blend with hints of the forest: balsam fir, juniper berries, cinnamon, allspice, lemon peel, bay leaf. We use quality dried whole spices that release their scent over time & fill your home with cheer. A Christmas Eve tradition in our home, or enjoy anytime of year. 

Directions: Add spices to hot water & simmer on stovetop. We use high quality dried spices for a potent blend.  While simmering they will release a wonderful fragrance.  The spices and water blend can be stored in the refrigerator between uses for multiple simmers.
